Shadi Gray

With over a decade of experience in the private mental health sector, Shadi is an experienced psychologist dedicated to empowering individuals to build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with self and others. Her expertise spans a wide range of psychological presentations, including mood disorders, addiction, and personality disorders. Trained in the Gottman Method, Shadi is also well-versed in fostering trust, intimacy, and communication.

Shadi's therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity. She skilfully integrates evidence-based modalities like Dialectical behaviour Therapy, Cognitive behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy to cater to each client's unique needs. Her radical genuineness inspires clients to move beyond their comfort zones, achieving meaningful change and deeper self-awareness.

 

Shadi's passion lies in helping young adults and adults navigate the complexities of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. She creates a safe and supportive environment, where clients can explore their challenges. With Shadi’s guidance, clients can develop a stronger sense of self, cultivate healthier relationships, and embrace a more authentic, fulfilling life.​
