Phoebe is a Clinical Psychologist who offers a warm therapeutic approach to her clients. She endeavours to tailor treatment according to the unique needs of the individual and believes in the importance of providing a safe and non-judgemental space to support clients in making positive and meaningful change.

Phoebe has completed her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at Macquarie University before completing her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University.

Phoebe has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health concerns. Phoebe currently delivers individual and group therapy at a private psychiatric hospital and works in private practice with a focus on eating disorders.
Using a strengths-based approach, Phoebe enjoys working with a diverse range of client concerns, including eating disorders, body image and related issues. Phoebe is trained and competent in delivering evidence-based treatment interventions such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), including CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). She is working towards Level 2 training in Radically Open DBT and co-leads RO classes. Phoebe also has experience delivering interventions using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and draws upon Schema Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches.
